Go to the settings and adjust the play back speed so the video can play slower, I am sure you will get it, many crocheters did not get it on the first try... I am rooting for you 🎉

Those are increasing rounds so that the circle/base can get bigger ans maintain the shape. So round 5 : 2 dc in one stitch, then 1dc in the next 3 stitches, then repeat til the end of the round. Round 6: 2dc in one stitch, then 1 dc in the next 4 stitches, then repeat til the end of the round… Round 7: 2dc in one stitch, then 1 dc in the next 5 stitches, then repeat til the end of the round.

Watched this and made the hat. Instructions clear from start to finish. I appreciate you❤. My small tip is I didn't have chunky yarn for the petals so I used a 4.5 hook, they came out just as fluffy❤❤
