Portion control is not a diet ,its lifestyle change Ye video sirf un k liye hai jo ,kitchen scale k sath fruit weight check kr rahay hain, just 1 time hamay kisi bhi new food ko check krna hota hay ,is k baad idea hojata hay cup ya palm size k hisab say , May nay pehlay bhi same portion control say 12 kg lose kiya tha, Alhumdulillah kuch din difficult lugta hay portions size yaad krne may, is k baad kisi cheez ko na measure krne ki zaroorat hoti hay na baar baar chart dekhne ki 😊

Abhi start kiya hay , kast time jb follow kiya tha tb Alhumdulillah aisi koi problem nahi hoi, portion control tu balance diet hay , sb nutrients mil rahay hain, usually may salad or fruits bilkul nahi layti but pc follow krte howe puri koshish krti hoon fruit or salad bhi loon,

@MaryamDawood 6 months msy 98 kg say 84 kg with lots of treat meals , and almost daily 120 calorie treat , but ab age ziyada hogai hay , may be or ziyada time lagay but atleast healthy balance diet lay loongi 😊
