Depends on salt usage or not. $100-300 my guess. Idk what city / state will matter too.

Have you tried having that blower rear mounted? I know lots use inverted snow blowers. Just looks like this scrapes better.

I realize this is an older video, but do you happen to have the part number for the kit required to add a stereo/radio to a [2020 4066R] snow cab tractor?
@andrewhurstcars8 ай бұрын
Nice setup, but those aren't the full Nokian winter tires, those are the TRI 2 which are an all-year round tire. For the full winter version check out the Nokian HAKKAPELIITTA TRI which has sipes in each tread block; a dedicated winter tire for tractors.

I never seen an attachment like that. Seen plenty of scrapers but not where the blower still worked? Great job.

I too would like to know where the accumulator ties into. I just purchased mine from rdo this morning and just looking at what has to happen once its delivered Friday.
@philferk9381 Жыл бұрын
Just called RDO equipment this morning and ordered this kit for the rear (about $1,000 with tax and shipping) also ordered one for the front 3pt as i haul a 850lbs 9ft blade at the same time. No part numbers for the rear in this video but the number for the front hitch accumulator kit is Blv10992 and its roughly $220 plus shipping and tax.

where did u buy the accelerator mounting brackets .. and do u know part #
@jamesfurious_styles9422 Жыл бұрын
What material is its cutting edge? Steel, SS or plastic? Also, the edge for the back drag? Would this set up require an accumulator to the front? Are there wheel weights and/or filled rear tires or just the scraper box?
@darrellgrant7615 Жыл бұрын
PXPL uses a Tivar blade so basically rubber. It doesn’t scrape as good as steel I guess but you can use it on paver driveways without causing them any damage. That’s what I saw in other videos anyways 😂. This would work better front loaded on an inverted tractor like the Better 130 or older New Holland/Challeneger reversible tractors. The PXPL is also very expensive. Honestly they would be better off having a Hybrid Cyclone blower on the back like they use all over Ontario. Takes less than 2 minutes to do a driveway. Tons of videos on KZbin here showing them.

Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. kzbin.infoUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.

Do you have a part number for the hydraulic accumulator for the 3 point rear lift so the snowblower weight doesn’t crack the rear axle when you hit a big bump

The home owner needs to put a few stakes in to mark the sides of the driveway. This is so much more efficient than a plow on a pickup.
