So once tbe French opens up, the grape POPS. I’ve had the Spanish opened now for 3 weeks and the Flavor is a lil muted now. I was the same way at first I liked the Spanish more but once the French opens, it’s just better than the Spanish

I agree on the wheat being a tuned down version of OWA. I've put them side by side and are very similar. Blending the two one to one is very enjoyable.

Had a pour of the Heritage rye about a month ago, was enjoyable but definitely not hunting for one. One of the rye's that has really impressed me lately is the Subtle Spirits rye. Ther 11 yr 95/5 (yeah I kno MGP) but its fantastic, don't pass up a chance to grab a Subtle Spirits pick.

I think its pretty cool that they donate money for ALS but kinda sucks that it missed its mark. I thought it would be outstanding after looking at the secondary market. My favorite Rye is Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye!

Michters is always a solid pour from the ones you just reviewed to the 10 yrs bourbon & rye, to there barrel strength offerings. Usually never disappointed, except the special release sour mash which I wasn't a fan of.

Haven't had the Shenk's but the Bomberger's is awesome. I'd love to try them side-by-side and ultimately get a bottle of each. I personally like Bomberger's more than M10, but both are terrific. I did get a bottle of the Ft. Nelson BS Bourbon through BYO at the distillery, but have yet to open it yet.
