hi on implementation for regular medicine if there is start date but no duration n finish date given should we code or give please reply

I would verbalise the prescription is incomplete and you need to refer to the doctor the issue. Then verbalise you will write a code since there is no duration and no finish date. This is what I know.

I just took my test Fri 8/21. The computer cut off after 60 questions. I got about 30 SATA. My test was @ 8:00am. When I left the room, the clock @ the main desk said 8:30am. My anxiety was thru the roof after I realized I was done in 30 minutes. I was no good on my ride back 2 Baltimore from DC. I checked my results @ 9am on 8/24; I am officially an RN. I studied for 3.5 weeks. I did all 2187 questions in UWorld going thru the rationales whether I got the answer right or wrong. I marked 1s I felt I needed more clarity on 4 review. I went thru those several times. I also did Nurse Achieve. I didn't do all 2000 questions, but I went through systems I had issues with on UWorld. I did 8 CAT mock tests, which r similar 2 NCLEX. I got between 60-65 questions per test & got either a Pass or Solid Pass on each 1. I remediated through every single question. I did 3 of those CAT exams the night b4 my NCLEX.

Thank God I finally passed the NCLEX-RN exam's with the help of Mr. Mogan.His an ATI, NCLEX solution guide,a member of the NCSBN department. The man has the key to getting you're License .I will recommend working with this tutor. He has good writing material, so great for the test, questions and answers and audio materials that helped me pass.
