Training should be able to spot the best strikers and defenders lower intelligence players are for more intense training.. from the point the players walk out on the pitch.. the player should be able to shoot a football strike into the right to end of the net..

Lads, you talk about gate receipts and merchandise being crucial to getting income in, but on the online shop most of the gear is sold out, while for many games it's not possible to purchase tickets online! Please, can this get sorted? For fans outside of Dundalk/abroad or people who want to give the club a few bob, both of these things need to be addressed ASAP. Also, the Patreon needs to be properly reactivated by offering the same standard of content as it did in 2020.

Yeah I tried to throw them a few bucks in Canada but store is empty .
@masseyfeguson698t6 күн бұрын
That’s because the club allegedly owe Playr-Fit (kit supplier) €120,000. Many times after games people have went into the shop and there’s been nothing for them to buy because the only sizes are either XS or XXXL plus. A lot of revenue lost from not having a properly stocked store. But understandable Playr-Fit not wanting to supply them with further stock to only end up further in debt.

7 or 8 years ago Dundalk had a million in the bank now they are a million in the red...so the old owners siphoned off 2 million on the sly 😡

Daly knows why it wasn't a penalty as does everyone else. Rob hennessy is the worst ref in the league never saw a game he didn't make multiple mistakes.

Better team in the second half but it’s like many other games this season unfortunately, the game could be 900 minutes and they still wouldn’t score. Jamie Gullan has great ball control but he’s not a goalscorer. If there was somebody on the team who could play in front of him and score goals Dundalk wouldn’t be where they are. Eoin Kenny isn’t at the level yet to save a team from relegation. It’s disappointing because there was a goal to be had in the second half but nobody to score it. Nobody can blame Jon, he’s doing the best with what he has and at least somebody finally tried starting the game with two strikers. We’ve been crying for that all season. It’s the previous owners and a former manager who are to blame. The fact with all the problems Dundalk have that I still think they were the better team is something Shels should be a bit embarrassed by if they are going to be champions.

This young lad in the academy was really arrogant for no reason other than who is father was. Seems as tho he’s maturing some what. He’s actually turning out to be a better player as an adult than he was as a youngster.

Goddard is an absolute disgrace. Should have stopped the first goal and terrible positioning allowed the second. Also the number of mistakes made in between the 2 goals. Dundalk could have lost by more. When the club signed him he couldn’t even smile or look happy to be there, almost as if he considered playing for Dundalk to be beneath him. He wouldn’t even be good enough for the first division which is where the club is guaranteed to go with that man between the posts. Poor mistakes every game. Horrible decision making constantly. Kicks the all out of play so many times from kick outs. The boys at Blackburn I bet can’t believe they managed to find a team to take him off their hands for a few months. Dundalk must have guaranteed he’d play all games because I can’t understand how anyone with any knowledge of football would continue to pick him. C’mon the Town but get Goddard the hell out of it.
@masseyfeguson698tАй бұрын
Jon, you’ve to accept responsibility for this loss for continuing to put Goddard in the starting 11. He’s made mistakes every game he’s played. I was shouting in the stand ‘Take him off’ after the first goal and the couple of mistakes he made after it. And then the inevitable happened and Galway got the 2nd goal. As one man in the stand said about Goddard, ‘he’s not even related to a good goalkeeper’. Stephen O’Donnell is to blame for the position we are in, but you continuing to pick Goddard will be to blame for us falling to the bottom of the table.
@gerrydoherty6930Ай бұрын
How is Stephen o Donnell to blame? Clearly he wasn't the problem
@masseyfeguson698tАй бұрын
@@gerrydoherty6930 He told Pat Hoban he wouldn’t get games this year and more or less forced him to leave. We’ve scored 18 goals from 26 games. If that’s not a problem I don’t know what is. Yes there are more problems within the club but on the pitch Stephen O’Donnell has to carry a good chunk of the attacking blame. We’re putting Eoin Kenny on at the end of games to save us for goodness sake. You can’t blame Jon Daly or Brian Ainscough for that. Thanks Stephen O’Donnell.

Sad to see our stadium being in better condition than it is now, more fans and lost but not least better players. We have really went backwards since 1994. Ownership failure being the result of this. Hopefully Ainscough can bring back friendlys like this but maybe when we have a new and improved oriel park.
