That is a small little baby cam for the 408W. I'd guesstimate that you left at least 40hp on the table NA, and up to 100 when you add boost to it. It just won't have the lungs up top. Will be ok for picking up ice cream, but trying to meet your HP goals it'll fall short in that larger displacement stroker. You had a lot of duration left to play with and may find that it falls off after 5k rpms.

Replace important bolts with grade 8 stuff. Do away with the casters and folding feature. Scuff and mig weld all places where there are joints and then you have a fine trailer.
@710Garage6 ай бұрын
Definitely don't need grade 8 bolts. Even a grade 5 has a larger yield strength than the trailer is capable of BY FAR but yes you could do the things you mentioned to aid in the longevity of the trailer.

I'm hoping this thing was changed to forged internals. My Lt1 piston rings went in 10k miles with the Lt4 supercharger added to it which is a baby compared to this supercharger. If they don't go back and do a drop in forged piston, this thing will be fun for about 8k miles!!! lol. Lt1 not made to handle boost. If i didn't buy it with the supercharger already on this is for sure the one I would have wanted.
