I'm not gonna bash you, I think you have the potential here to make a great tone with your equipment. If that's your sound that you want then that's all that matters. However I am going to be that guy and suggest that you take the time where you can to practice recording riffs and ideas to a metronome and rinse and repeat. If you do want to venture into a studio in the future and record your ideas they will not accept this current skill level with timing. I hope you practice, and accomplish whatever you feel the want to achieve. Good luck on your musical journey.

@@lukesullivan2991 Thanks for the honesty, these videos that I post are improvised riffs on drum tracks taken a bit at random. These riffs are not studied beforehand and for this reason some impressions with the timing can happen, as far as the sound is concerned I use this format to experiment a bit, sometimes it works other times less.

@@Kalambout Thanks! In this format they are almost all improvised riffs and when they are covers I write the name of the song and the artist.

@@alfabius7042 No, this explorer has been with me for 15 years, I bought it for €150 from a guy who had to move to another state and couldn't take it with him. However, it had the basic Epiphone ones and a few years ago I decided to put the EMG JH ones on.
