It really is great seeing women playing Audrey II and doing it well as a woman who is currently doing the role of Audrey II

I just found your website and it seems you all are near Tryon North carolina. That's really cool, considering this show in particular.

We're going into our second weekend of the show! It's lots of fun, and it's lots of work as I'm sure you all know. I am the music at vocal director and because none of our musicians are empty I also play additional percussion and conduct backstage. I'm not sure where you all are located but if you want to come to Gainesville Florida this weekend we would love to see you. :-)

I never understood what the point of the character's film was. What was he trying to make, exactly?
@nights.omitted5 жыл бұрын
Mark Cohen's the only character with no partner (Maureen's already his ex at the start of the film), and no aids. The main conflict he had to deal with was himself. If he continued to do what we wanted to do, which was to make films, he wouldn't earn money (thus he became conflicted with himself, and felt like he was "selling-out" when he went to work for a tv company). The film's message or purpose was to show the life of a person with aids living in nyc, and it mostly contained his friends (most of which had aids). He wanted to send a message with his work, even if it didn't gain him money or fame.

@@nights.omitted and quite frankly at least in the movie version exploiting the people with issues and homeless by using them and filming them without their permission He's even called out in it in the movie by a homeless lady

What kind of hinge did you use on the back side of the chair to attach it to the metal so that it can be load bearing and pivot when the seat is dropped?
@LazyHubbStudios6 жыл бұрын
David Heeney at 1:04 you can see what look like regular door hinges welded to the metal structure of the chair. And also welded to the seat portion. So in response to your question. I would imagine that regular old heavy duty door hinges were used. And from experience, I have a working stage used Sweeney chair too. And it uses regular old door hinges to drop the seat.
