I’m a real estate investor who never uses sales agents, I always represent myself, which is legal in Australia. You don’t need to use an agent. You can sell anything and everything if you underprice it. This is not a flex lady. The owners of those homes relied on you to represent their interests and get the highest possible price and the best contract terms for them. If you’re bragging about the VOLUME of your sales, rather than the QUALITY of your negotiations/contracts, your priorities are all wrong.

Kamala is done, she'll be forgotten about and go by way of Al Gore. I'm betting we'll never see her again and for good reason, she is prime example of why knowledge, experience, and expertise is important when it comes to being POTUS. Neither party can just put someone there (remember the "save our democracy" screechers?), because of a skin shade. Goodbye and good riddance to Kamala. Oh, and 2028 will be Gretchy Whitmer's turn. If the Democrats were smart they'd start lining up behind Gretchy now.

What have democrats done for black people? I’m black and voted for Trump. I voted for Biden in 2020. Will probably never vote Democrat again if they become involved with unnecessary wars, focus on LGBTQ issues (what you do in the bedroom is your business - stop forcing it down people’s throats), and have a porous border. Harris didn’t go through a primary. Trump did. Harris’ campaign blew through $1B and the DNC is now $20 million in debt. Inflation is based on the Fed, so we can’t directly blame them. Both administrations printed money during COVID.

Uhhh social security & Medicare the two biggest social safety nets that several black ppl especially older benefit from was started by democrats and many times defended by them also ….

There are 23 words that are always verbs and they are; Is, are, was, were. Have, has, had. Could, would, should. Do, did, does. Am, will, can. May, might, must. Be, been, being. Shall and the rest you can test by tensing. It was very hard to type that, without singing. I had a great seventh grade English teacher. One of the best in the country, three years running. Surprised to get that kind of teacher in Shreveport, La. Ms. Joubert is the GOAT.. Thank you Ridgewood Middle School.

Thats true. Im 27. Of course I know my ABCs buy not forwards and backwards. I have start aaaaaalllll the way at the beginning to get to the letter. Like at work, the stacks and sorts are from lets say A to H. There are 31 lanes and they want me to close something on 22 G. I had to associate the letter with a number instead because some lanes are long and some are short so I know where the short and long lanes end but some lanes has 3 on one side and 5 on the other. Even with the months I gotta start from January 😂😂😂 I don’t remember when the leap year is I don’t remember how many days each month has I don’t know when daylight savings is. and if I didn’t have my phone Id be lost out there wouldnt know when or where I was 😂😂🤣 I learn streets by going to the wrong street 😂

I’m passionate about phonetic awareness! So often kiddos know the song but have no phonemic awareness.
@StephenMotivate2 ай бұрын
I would have to agree! We can't be so heavily reliant on the actual song!
@mamiavodah10122 ай бұрын
Except language acquisition via melody, imprints much deeper in the brain, than simply saying it. This song method is developmentally appropriate unlike what she's asking for. Whole language starts with the bigger word/phrase, then later is broken down into parts as cognition matures. No one tells their 1yr old they can't really say 'No,' unless they can identify the individual letters.
@Homeside3012 ай бұрын
Thats fair but I know the alphabet in ASL better than spoken or written in terms of knowing what comes before or after a letter. It is more necessary because with sign language you have to spell a little quickly and fluently so you dont accidentally sign something you weren’t trying to sign so maybe thats why I remember it better. I don’t know if ASL was designed that way or just happened to be a little easier to learn, but it was, for me anyways.
