Brings my heart joy to see youngsters listening to actual music not this God awful new music that Taylor puts out of these mumble rappers ..GNR

I really like your cover, since Copland on Don't stand so close... might seem simple to many, but he has a style like a perfect metronome and with continuous and fast passages, sometimes delicate and sometimes very dry in succession. It's a cover and drum part on The Police that has elegant elements of persuasion

If your coach or music teacher doesn’t get excited for what you do you’re not lucky. A game, a concert, a show is the test of your hard work. Not just by the students, athletes, musicians, actors but everyone that was involved. Including this guy. I was that coach that ran up and down and jumped screamed and cried. This is what it’s all about!

This song is done by every kid band there is lol. Even prison inmates perform it. Because it's pretty simple, and the guitarists NAILED IT. They all did. Great performance. (but the singer was outta tune here and there, but it's a childs voice and def. nerves. Director got it on track. He did a great job keeping the kids on track and engaging the audience. It's intimidating to stand up there and sing, keep in time with the drummer or vice versa) I know, I"m a musician lol. The drummer runs the show. The guitarist and drummer, two most important people in any band. They keep you in time, hopefully. The guitarist and drummer feed off each other.

when I left the Army, I spent over a decade as a professional musician before I became a Pastor, these kids are very impressive. The vocalist seems confident, but doesn't act vulgar in any way as Axl did, which is refreshing. I'm happy to see she didn't try to "act the part". The band director is doing his job well, and really enthusiastically, you can tell he's proud of the kids. I clicked on this video expecting to be disappointed, but left truly impressed.
