I wish we could hear the real “raw” audio. The majority of this audio is exactly what we don’t want to hear. Also why isn’t anyone trying to talk this guy back down. Maybe get mom on the other line. I understand sympathizing with this mans pain and may he rest in peace, but working as a customer service agent or any position that day was complete hell, the abuse we recieved as customer service agents was literal hell because of him.

At the end of the day yes its incredibly sad what happened but the air traffic controllers arent therapists and were dealing with the stress of a rouge aircraft yes they maybe could have spoke to him abit more but they are trying to make sure people dont get hurt

Try Jesus, he has what we’re tirelessly searching for in this life. He fills that empty hole that we’re trying to fill with temporary things. I wish he knew how much he was loved and how valuable his life was. Everything in this life is so temporary. It wasn’t worth it in the end. Jesus heals if you let him into your heart.
