Yeah that’s just a genesis loop, it’s kind of trash due to it requiring you to be almost dead for it to trigger. Definitely not a great boss item. Put it on engineer’s turrets though…😜

Your boss item "Genesis loop" did that, it triggers a powerful explosion when you reach low health.

my boy i congratulate you i have no idea how your managing to play commando with how badly gearbox has made the loot pool. ive got 1500 hours playtime and i started a new profile. although ive gotten every item and ability unlocked i cant get the overloading kill and 20 stages run on commando it just seems highly improbable with the elite system and loot table the way it is. gj on doing this!

I ran for cover and the boss still had around 3/4 of its health left. As I was hiding the boss suddenly exploded and died and I had an explosion of light around my character.

@Rain1dog there's a mod you can get with r2modmanager that tells you what everything does and the actual numbers, it's good for learning, it's called ItemStatsMod

@@Rain1dogfun thing about that item: the startup animation time scales inversely with attack speed, so it will go off very quickly with a lot of syringes! (Item in general is very good for engineer turrets, since they will naturally always take damage and die often). I would check out Woolie Gaming for guides!

@@yuriridley8144 this was around my 18th time fighting him and I learned I’d have VERY limited opportunities to heal. I had to learn to break my habit of healing right away without thought once damage was severe enough. What truly makes these types of encounters sooooo memorable. 🙂

Going down the middle and landing on the root is still random luck for me. I still get slapped off the edge by his hand to fall to my death.

@@Lardzor I have found it is indeed a game of chance, but I have found that if I fall off/roll that rock ledge more often than not I land on that root. You can see it in this video, I can extremely CLOSE to being yeeted into the ether in this video. Reason why I do the quit out after each side. I like my sanity!

@@stefanbs4723 all good my friend, i apologize. AR(Armor Rating). It is the sum of the armor ratings for all your gear that you wear. Head, chest, legs, arms, and shield. Usually the higher the armor rating the heavier the piece is in weight which causes you to roll slower and not as far, it is a trade off. The higher your armor rating the more damage it mitigated. Basic example is if your character has an armor rating off 250 and an enemy hits you for 400 your health pool will only take a hit of 150.

Yeah, terribly sorry to inform you guys, but I watched several clips of players passing through this section and this fact does not confirm. It may look like the boulder has changed because of the pressure plate, but it's just coincidence the pressure plate and the place which triggers the boulder be located near each other. The proff is that if you go back to the entrance of this room, where before there was a fogwall the boulder will change again to stop trowing boulders at the path before and obviously there's no pressure plate which triggers it. The finishing proff would be someone jumping over the pressure plate to see if it still works, as well as trying in different dark souls versions, but I highly doubt it, since you can't really arque against the boulder switching back once you pass through the door.

@@joaohenriqueneuhaus2023 no, the plates do in fact trigger the boulders to change direction. No coincidence about it. As I walk over the plate you can indeed hear the mechanism change direction.

@@Rain1dog For the reason I just mentioned, the place which triggers the change in direction is the same as the pressure plate. Now do as I say and pass through the fog gate near the boulder path with Siegmeyer...No pressure plate there, but you'll see the boulder change again.

@@joaohenriqueneuhaus2023 there are a few locations throughout the fort that the player causes the boulder to change directions. I spent a hour the other night messing around with it. It is not just that one location.

@@Rain1dog Then you're confirming it's not pressure plates...How many of those locations which trigger the boulder have? The plate in front of the large titanite chest? The plate in front of the triple arrow trap? Does any of these pressure plates do something? And if the answer is NO, than how can we still say "if you step on a trap plate it will change direction boulders"?

@@rohithgeorge7530 best kind of discovery tbh. I tried getting into DSR a few times but I give up from getting lost. I usually beat the gargles but after that I’m lost. This time something clicked and I got the Gaping Dragon, beat Havel(no hit) on my 3rd attempt, and found my way to Sen’s fort. Once there I noticed the boulders and it bummed me out. Those snake guys were strong for my level so I wanted to get them killed from the arrows. After stepping on a plate for 3rd time my brain finally tuned into the sound of something mechanical engaging. Sure enough, boulders are being changed by arrow plates. A completely random discovery. A lot of fun and it has the potential to make life significantly better for a lot of players. Hope you have a wonderful 4th!

Yeah, as I was running around and triggering the traps I finally noticed the sound of “mechanical” and that the boulders changed paths. Thought that was really cool and a great touch within the game.

@@misterresagames I am very sorry to hear about your friend. I remember watching TV with my Dad back in the early 90’s thinking by the time I was an adult the world would become more peaceful. My logic was the people in power would die off and the younger generations would want peace with the world becoming smaller, so to speak do to communication tech. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case. I’m of the mindset, we are all lucky to get a couple of handfuls of revolutions around the sun before our one opportunity at life is over for eternity. We all are one group of people with so much space/resources why not all work together to benefit everyone instead of taking advantage of others. Seems like wishful thinking on my part, though. I’ve been gaming ever since my Dad brought home an Atari 2600 in 81. I just clicked with the medium and loved playing. Still do this day many decades later I love getting lost in a great game and I’ll be this way until my last days.

I’m new to the Borderlands world. Tiny Tina Wonderlands was my first BL and then 3. I absolutely love them and wanted to go to the beginnings of the games. I am confused and thought I was playing BL2. I apologize. So this is 1? Also, I just enjoy uploading videos for my memories. I’ve never done anything professionally as one can see. It’s more for fun and if anyone happens to see to where it might bring some happy memories on an otherwise bad day. I appreciate the info drop and correcting my confusion on the game I am playing.

@@MomogetsRevenge thanks! I came across Tiny Tina Wonderlands as my first BL and really really loved the game from aesthetics, characters, and gameplay. So I went to BL3 after that and got the Plat because I loved it so much. Looks like I tricked myself into playing the prequel next(doh!) thinking it was 2. This actually makes me happy because I have another 159-200 hours of this glorious game left to experience!

1. Use the card "More More More" 2. After reloading use dash or the ground circle to cancel reload animation at about 66% reload (works with grab too) 3. Centered Skill bar is better. Lets you see items and cool downs better.
