Whats the point of this reel? Tease people a track but there is no sound? Bah

Thanks for your comment. It's about teasing and if you're interested, there's a link to the full video in the description. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6OomZyjrb2If7M

The short is useless without actually hearing the sound, I would put it up front to get more people interested to then go watch the full length video on how it was made

What the heck does midi even mean? Good advice cause I was upset you couldn't have fun with the midis. Don't Know why I didn't think of this sooner.

Why would you cut this off before playing the result? Why is it cropped so we can't see anything? Why would you specifically acknowledge that you're half-assing the automation?

This is just a preview. Please see the full video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYfWgYeDf9xsnrc
@badgereaux20 күн бұрын
@@Bassgorilla it's not a preview, it's a KZbin short and should either stand by itself or direct people to the main video - this doesn't make me want to watch the main video.

Love this, my issue is I have a ton of samples in different keys. It's pretty laborious to tune them all one by one. Any advice on how to efficiently do that?

wouldn't putting the attack all the way up let the transients through on the kick and snare which are the loudest parts?
@N9TT-9G0A-B7FQ-RANC99 ай бұрын
the attack/release on the pro l2 is different to a normal compressor. The limiter activates as soon as a transient passes the threshold like any other limiter. The attack knob just sets the time it takes to activate the release after the limiting.

Had the pleasure of being taught by Harvey at uni last year for a few weeks. Absolute gent with a very unique perspective on music production. Glad I found this by accident as we were doing very different subjects and I wondered what insight I would get from him on bass design. Big ups
