Hard to believe that a car with a C-pillar as wide as this would have no passenger side mirror, but those were optional on cars of this era. I found a Ford NOS universal mount mirror for the passenger door on my '73 Torino 2-dr standard roof which has a similar wide C-pillar. Without it, the visibility over your right shoulder is NIX. I agree with another comment here - this is a buy it and drive it car. Restoration would be a long expensive and frustrating job.

Well heck yeah it sold fast, you sold a $30K time machine for almost half-price! It's clean, original, and has the very hard to find 265. For those that don't know, Chevy only made the 265 for 3 years, and it was their very first small block. Early ones didn't even have oil filters

This ride is very nice, but it needs a completely new exhaust system. On one side, the muffler is completely missing along with the pipe. And on the other side there's a huge hole in the muffler.

Very sharp car. No wonder it sold quickly. In my youth you could buy these more door cars for almost nothing. We passed them up because we wanted the 2 door. I have often thought how silly we were. We could have been driving instead of dreaming!

Yes my first car I got back in 1968 was a four door 55 Chevy and nobody wanted this car so I got it for a whopping $150 and about a year later went in the US Air Force and my first tour was in Danang South Vietnam. After Vietnam I went to NKP Thailand for two more years and by the time I got home my parents sold my 55 Chevy and was I ever mad but anyway that was history hahaha
