I hope Google did a good job translating your message :) You can change the font size in Insite by clicking on "Tools" > "Options" > Open the category "General" by clicking on "+" > "Appearance"

Which ECM type was that? You might be able to perform a "ROM-Boot", but you will need the correct cable and equipment. It's the only chance and still, there is no guarantee...

Hi, did you switch the ignition On and then Off? Otherwise, try the car's manual, there are instructions there.

Would we use this tool for all machines, e.g Volvo, komatsu, Hyundai Hitachi etc.

Insite is the manufacturer's official diagnostic software. It should work for any Cummins engine. If for any reason the usual diagnostic connector in the driver's cab does not allow a connection, you can always use the 3-pin Deutsch pin next to the ECM and connect directly to it. This bypasses the machine's manufacturer possible CAN restrictions and/or problems.
