In this case we simply clean it with water and eventually soap. - "Vandalism scratches"; for example the ones you see in the videos coming from "Not ordinary" situation (vandalism, installation,...). In this case we need to polish the ComfortGlass because the scratch is inside of the material, and not just on the surface.
