I think that is TCS-4 Undersuit Arctic from Clark Defense Systems. You can get one of this from Port Tressler (FPS Armour), Lorville (Tammany & Sons), Area18 (Cubby Blast).

@@Pangeora as fans, the only thing you can do is not participate. People have won battles with developers via calculated protesting. Games been "early access" longer than most titles are even in development. People are getting scammed out of their money on a game that has no commitment to it's user base to stick around or offer a proper product. For all you know they could take all the source code, sell it to a real developer who shuts the whole program down and relaunches it as a new standalone product. All made possible by the fact that the game has never actually "released". And nobody cares. Ontop of that, it runs so poorly even people with thousands of dollars in hardware can't play at a stable 120fps. Hell I'd take a stable 60 as a win. All made possible by people continuing to entertain it. So mesmerized by the prospect of what it offers, which I totally understand, they are willing to ignore all the greed, deception and incompetent development to continue engaging it. I empathize.

@@godofm3tal1 Very good points, unfortunately like many, if I am no mistaken, I took a break there are so many beautiful games to enjoy out there, but to be honest I kind of miss this game. All I am waiting now is Pyro system and what they will bring with it in the game. Even so I will gone try some new ships, for me, and make some nice content, at least I will give a chance.

I bought this game a few months back thinking my brand new pc would run it like a dream. I knew about the poor optimization going in so I did research to try and alleviate any issues I would have beforehand and it ran alright but I had this exact stuttering issue. But your e-core fix makes the game play like butter now. Thanks so much!

Indeed even after I had disabled E-Cores there was some minor issues with stuttering, but maybe when we will get Gen12, all the things will change.
