It’s basically this “10 likes is a lot, imagine if 10 people came up to you JUST to compliment you” now you have thousands of people coming up to you and complimenting you. So when you’re feeling down or relapsing, I hope this comes to mind and helps you get through it. it was really relaxing to listen to. relatable too, been trough lots of similar stuff. gotten a lot better by now trough lessons learned like for most things i dont actually need to do them. if somethings really difficult i dont need to force myself nor do i need to give up, can ask for help or try to find another equal way. When it comes to relationships, ill recommend vrchat, made many good friends trough there and met my so. touching grass is good too of course, but im quite neurodivergent
