You gotta pay attention to how much your businesses are selling per week, how much inventory space you have on the store and each item stack amount to see if they can store all the items you need for that week. After you do that, order the amount you need for the week from NY Distro Inc if you don't have a warehouse set up, make multiple contracts for that one business to manage each item and set the delivery to each week, this helps you to keep track of what you need and also increase the delivery amount without ordering more or less than what you need, i recomend purging your stock before ordering to avoid boxes not being delivered because you storage are full or end it up having more items than others resulting in one type of item being out before the next delivery arrives. Lets say i have i have a gift shop with 2 shelves, selling 2000 cheap gifts,1000 expensive gifs and 2000 paper bags per week Each shelve have 16 storage space for a total of 32 storage space in that store Each box of gift have a stack of 200x Each stack of paper bags have 1000x So to fill the store based on the items sold per week you would need 10 boxes of cheap gifts, 5 boxes of expensive gifts and 2 boxes of paper bags This would take 17 storage space leaving me with 15 storage space left wich i would put 1 stack more of each item just in case of sales increasing out of nowhere and you being out of stock because of it. Doing this will keep your business running smothtly for the week without you having to spend more than necessary with your inventory being kept to the minimum by the end of the week. If your store are selling more per week that you inventory space can handle and you don't care about aesthetics just fill your stores with shelves and do some math with the stack amount, items sold per week and inventory space to see if it's enough, if you do care about aesthetics and have a warehouse operation going on, have your delivery drivers stock your store with half of what the store sells per week, keeping track of iventory space to see if it can handle the amount per item and not having more items than others, they deliver after midnight and the number you set for delivery will be kept in check by them, so if you always have half of the items you sell per week you will not run out of that item as long as you have enough items in your warehouse.
