Prison Gang is not 14 on this list. Three of their members can fight on equal terms with Cobra, Noboru and Yamato. Not to mention, Murayama lost against Cobra. Jesse solos Murayama while Pho and Brown take on Furuya and Seki respectively while Mocai, Nakamon, Miou and Akune hold off the lackeys and weaker part timers. There is a high chance Murayama will lose seeing as Rocky also fought Jesse and lost. After that, Jesse just starts sweeping the rest of Oya High. Of course, add Todoroki and the full-time students and it becomes much more even due to the advantage of numbers and Todoroki is definitely one of the top dogs of Oya High. Ruders is WAYYY TO low on this list, Daruma raided them and they came out unscathed with Darum’s officers ( i forgot their names) remarking that ruders were strong. They are definitely either the strongest of S.W.O.R.D gangs or 2nd behind Sannoh Hoodlums. I’d argue they may even be stronger because 1) Smokey seems to know Hiroto. 2) He held his ground against Ryu, who is an extremely skilled combatant from Mighty only behind the likes of the Amamiya Brothers. Only losing when he was overwhelmed with opponents. He also easily overwhelmed Yamato. Doubt is overrated, just a bunch of noname mobs. They could only fight on par with White Rascals during their earlier days despite their numbers. If Mighty Warriors/Jesse’s Prison Gang hadn’t joined in on the fight during the container yard and Kohakudo, they wouldve been sweeped easily by the Sword Gangs. I doubt they’d even win against Ruders or Daruma. Okay I like the idea of friendship here, but SWORD and Doubt/Mighty/Prison are NOT 1/2. Amamiya Brothers/Mugen would be 1 and 2. Hiroto and Masaki won against Mugen at it’s peak when it had massive influence and numbers against Kohaku/Tsukumo/Cobra and Yamato. Ohta/Konishi/Tatsuya would’ve been formidable fighters to back up Mugen when they fight against Amamiya, but Takeru would just turn the tide. That speaks volume of just how strong Amamiyas are. Now take that and pit either of them up against the fragments of Mugen (S.W.O.R.D gangs). Cobra/Yamato could barely do anything to Hiroto back when they fought. Once the leaders fall, the rest are just scraps. Same goes to Mighty Prison Gang + Doubt, once Takeru defeats all the leaders, it’s just cleaning up the rest.
