Minecraft on a CRT is an otherworldly experience. I play it at 640x480 at 160hz on my tube and it looks like it was meant to be at that display.The scanlines fit the aesthetic, the smoothness of motion from the super high refresh rate is incredible, and the black levels actually makes cave exploration seem scary again, the darkness is so dark.

honestly, minecraft just feels like the type of game that is meant to be played on a crt monitor, the colors of the game and anything just pops out more on a crt and the square ish aspect ratio is more than perfect for the square game. Not to menton ,the calmingness of the beige plays well with the calmingness of the game.
