Candidate #3 is obviously the winner here base on the beauty, poise and projection. She may stumbled /not delivered her answer smoothly during the Q and A but still she recovered and answered it correctly, if your talking about ranking points of the competition, its undeniable fact that candidate #3 nailed in every category. If the criteria is back to Zero then its justifiable that candidate #4 is really the winner. That's the FACT.
