Any tips on finding fish that just don’t show, I fish a water that 20plus feet deep and over a whole weekend nothing showed ? In the multiple times I’ve been there it’s super rare to see them jumping out or even breaking the surface

@@dw-sd4ep deep lakes are really tough when they don’t show and this time of year they usually will show after dark tbh so listening out at night is most likely your best bet,when you do find one tho I’d say that’s where they will be most of the winter unless there is a few mild sunny days then they will head to a shallow area during daylight but most likely will return to there usual hold up on dark,weedy areas hold the most heat so I’d start there tbh 🤙

Probably going to be different on all waters due to stock etc but great footage to see and the fish are clearly grouping together and they want to be close by each other or at least they appear to be.👍some of the lakes i fish their in groups or pods .

Hi Kevin, Thats amazing to see, very strange, maybe colder water temperature and winter the reason and less appetite ? Did you see the report in the news about the Killer Whales, I think it was ? wearing salmon on their heads which hasnt been seen since 1987 ? Google it. Weird behaviour but they say they are very inteligent and copy each other. Cheers

Why rod tips up when there's no weed to fish over ?

@@waynewigger9904 the compression of the rod sets the hook fully if the lead already hasn’t done so,running leads don’t always pull the hook home,you spot alot more too with line moment etc…it’s personal preference like anything in the carp world
