If you happen to have flute out in the air the game lets you jump. This can be accomplished by sliding off a platform and pulling out flute but you can also see it at 4:21 briefly since the center song spawns you in the air for whatever reason.

You turn the crank a full rotation, jump into the water, and just hold right which skips the tutorial section. I don't really know why it works other than water being janky in this game.

I don't know the difference between left and right so that's me trying to throw disc to save a bit of time but menuing the wrong way to firecracker instead and almost killing the run in the process lol

I like the new route optimization getting that egg at the end of the run instead of the start, also so many frisbee rides being used is crazy. Fun to see the route progress after not playing this game for a while

Eyyy, massive GGs dude! It’s a slog for sure. Crazy rerouting lol, the old wr was pretty outdated tbh. Doing the FiL/MaMaCha bunnies during the dog walk is a crazy time save! Is that the biggest improvement? Do you think you’ll keep running it lol?

@@Moe_ssbI'm pretty sure wheel saves time but it's mostly vibes. I still need to see what route old wr does since I literally just didn't look at it so I could cook up my own probably better route. I watched a little bit and there's definitely a bit more routing to do so I might play a little more but I really don't love this category lol.

I just checked and you save like 30 seconds on the tutorial bunny and 10-15 seconds with the wheel clip at the end, which already brings the wheel to ahead since it loses ~30 to pick up optimally. This isn't even counting general movement timesave so it saves a decent amount.

@@spidersnrhap right on, that makes sense. A lot has changed since then. Yeah bunnies are a slog for sure. Stoked to see you do All Eggs next, would love to see a brand new route for that one too! Ugh, not stoked to play the song again, we’ll see lol. It sounds like if it takes more than 45sec to grab it, like if it takes 2 tries, then it might not be worth?

@@Moe_ssb Wheel probably isn't worth it if you're not confident in climbing to wheel fast, playing the song in 10-15 seconds, and doing the wheel clip within a couple tries.

So sick dude. Incorporating the slinkless strats, while still being able to use slink when it’s faster is huge. Bro had time for a 6th hedgehog?! The clover egg is sick, very unintuitive at first, but it makes sense. It’s technically less backtracking lol. the bird egg w the island warp is nutty too. Daaamn, true ending is even more dead than before lol. Do you think you’ll go for sub 17?

@@Moe_ssb Ngl I finally got around to watching p25's all eggs wr and saw the bird egg thing and felt stupid. The goal is indeed sub 17, I've been on page a couple times the ending is just really hard.

@@spidersnrhap Maybe All eggs, all bunnies, light all candles, take 2 manticores out of the well, and then the out of the well stuff. Maybe open all chests? Unlock all locked doors? detonate all explosives? Not sure where to draw the line. Any format would be a joy to watch, a game this good- the more the merrier imo.

@@toadonwheels I need like 2-3 seconds of new strats for sub 3 to be realistic. My sum of best is a bit inaccurate and should be a high 3:02. A perfect run for a human is probably a 3:01 rn, but I do think that sub 3 will happen eventually.

Amazing run. Although I'm surprised about the passage from 16:01 to 16:32 While these were not major glitches compared to the "direct to the ending teleport glitch" for example (and many others teleport or game braking wheel glitches for instance), I am surprised that 1: using yoyo through blocks, 2: pause/wheel/clipping through the floor, and 3: pause/wheel/throwing ball through blocks are allowed in this kind of NMG run

It's weirdly not as hard as it looks but learning how to do it definitely took forever. I get it like first or second try most of the time. The tutorial bunny trick is probably harder tbh.
