Why are african countries obsessed with building massive roads and designing cities exclusively for cars? Our leaders lack a innovate mindset. Have we not learned anything from the disaster of North american city planning. We should be building public transport, light and heavy rail infrastructure. Thats how you reduce congestion and allow people/goods to move more efficiently, boosting economic growth! Also Ghana has a real issue of not building sidewalks and cycle lanes on roads making it impossible to function without a car.

The Kasoa-Winneba road rehabilitation and upgrading project is not an ECOWAS project, despite what some may claim. The Government of Ghana🇬🇭 is the source of funds for this project, not ECOWAS. is going to be one of the longest and most significant projects in the country.
