Never ever has there been a freaking bulldozing powerhouse such as the zonk!!!! Black or white period he would freaking run smooth over you. He could get into a mindset like a flick of a switch, all the sudden he was a running dozer blade, after game flick the switch he’s normal. That’s what’s wrong with players today bunch of whinning babies, overpaid babies those guys back them loved the real game not the fancy shit and money they did it for the game

In early February 1971, Larry was visiting 95th Evac hospital in DaNang. I was recovering from shrapnel wounds and he came to my bedside to talk with me. He was very nice and said all the right things to a wounded soldier. Nice guy! He was accompanied by Greg Landry and Gene Washington. We appreciated their visit.
