Very good video except I'm sure there's a mistake, the washers for the bottom plate bit....the largest are for the castors? Not doubled up on the large screws.

Thank you so much for watching the video, I really appreciate it. You are absolutely right, I was missing some parts and just built it with what I had or what I thought would be the best way to build the Kamado with what was shipped. I've been happy with my Kamado and never had an issue with it and I keep it outdoors, all the time, with no cover, and never had an issue so I really don't think its a big deal but again you are right, Thank you for watching, I hope the video helped you to build it. Cheers!

Inner skirt steak will ALWAYS be more available at your local grocery store and ALWAYS less expensive than outer skirt and there is no real difference once their grilled.

Hmmm, I guess we have to de vein them while we are taking the shells off? They look delicious. I was surprised you didn’t use any butter.

Just made this tonight! It turned out fantastic! Thank you so much for this recipe!! This will become a permanent part of the dinner rotation! Thanks again!
@grillingwithpitarqui24577 ай бұрын
That is awesome!!! You are very welcome! The fact that you said that this will be in your dinner rotation really made my day. You can also try one day cooking the shrimp and marinade in a deep pan until the shrimp curl up and turn pink then put into a room temp container so the shrimp does not keep cooking. Pour shrimp with marinade over rice, its amazing!. My wife like when I do it this way even more than when I grill the shrimp. Same Shrimp and marinade, but just cooked differently. Thank you for trusting, Cheers and keep on grilling!

Hi, sorry for the very late response. Let me know how the shrimp came out. I was doing videos during the Covid era, I had a lot of time on my hands. I will eventually do more videos again. I don't have anything on whole chicken quarters but i will tell you that I marinade my chicken thighs and drumsticks with Kens steakhouse Italian dressing and it comes out amazing every time. Thanks for trying the recipe, cheers and keep on grilling!

Looks amazing! Found your video because hubby and I are having skirt steak tonight and this is our first time cooking it. We’ve had it while in Miami multiple times and it has become my favorite cut of beef. Your method looks straight forward, easy to follow and I can hardly wait for dinner! 😃🫶🏻
