though I had some problem with sea water It also kzbin.infoUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn

I have 2 of them if you dive with me one is yours so if u run out your ass can go up, don't want to hold hands, and lose a dive because u cant keep track of your own gear, why are you diving without one? buddy is great but depending on someone else's gear should be the last resort is your life worth 300$?

Great video, many thanks! Can you, please, clarify, whether this ROV is able to write GPS-position (coordinates) into EXIF-header of jpg/dng file, which it shoots? Or may be you can recommend some othe ROV model that can do this. I need this functionality in order to map bottom pollution and make web-GIS which shows garbage locations (georeferenced points) with repective photos shot by ROV. Just approximate position (RC/controller position) will do since I will be deployng ROV almost vertically from boat. Best regards!

More than enough air to get you over to your buddy who wandered off, or is not paying attention. Why do people ALWAYS assume you need to get to the surface with a Spare Air? I only use mine to get to the CLOSEST air in the unlikely out of air situation, which is most likely my buddy, or someone else on the dive. For local diving, I always have a 19cf pony bottle, but for traveling(airplane), these are great. No problems with TSA as long as they are empty, and the regulator is completely unscrewed from the tank.
@andyvaldez2124 жыл бұрын
The reality is, it probably is enough to get to the surface in an emergency. Not sure why spare air gets so much hate. I'd rather have it on me than not.. just extra insurance. Of course, your safety stop would be blown but it's better than being down 50 ft with no air and trying to come up on a breath hold.

I've had great customer service. I've recommended they add a compass so you would know its heading. I built an tether reel for about $15; you can see it and instructions at www.flhelp.org It only takes a couple of minutes to wind up the 230 ft tether.

Did you make the reel for the tether line? When the drone comes back to you do you just hand reel it after the drone returns to you? Would you buy it again if you did it over again? Not sure if I want one with a tether or tetherless. What would you suggest?

i guess missed something in the video... metal detecting? treasure hunting? and if you spot something, how do you pick it up with that machine?
@MrHocotateFreight5 жыл бұрын
This machine acts like a scout for a treasure diver. People throw surprisingly valuable things in bodies of water. I can attest to losing around 60$ worth of fishing lures so far In my fishing career (but I'll usually dive in off the kayak to retrieve it). If you had a drone, you could find the lure, check the area for dangerous animals, then dive in and grab it knowing you're safe and sound. Having said that, a little grabber arm on this drone would be amazing
@johnbutterworth6085 жыл бұрын
