Ruto tafathali weka ile Ushuru ya Wakoloni inaitwa HUT TAX and POLL TAX. No amount of noise, inside or outside Parliament should deter you. Everybody living in a house from a Tukul in Turkana to Statehouse in Nairobi should pay a HUT Tax, equivalent to KShs 10,000 a year. Every grownup person, 18 years and above should pay a POLL tax equivalent to KShs 10,000 a year. This will give the exchequer additional KShs 1.0 Trillion/year. Think about it Zakayo. Evert Kenyan can afford it. How come these Kenyans aforded to grow up from a toddler to adulthood, then say they cant pay these taxes because they are not employed. What job did they have that enabled them to grow year by year for 18 years and above? The Kenyans within Kenya borders and beyond are yours to exploit. So, please do it with abandon.
