I had a pager. I remember occasionally getting a page. I wanted to be cool so bad - I even got my ear pierced. I wore it on my belt and would pretend to get a page. Now I have a cell phone, but nobody calls. I just use it to stream lonesome music.

I remember seeing them for the first time back in 1996. Back in school, three of my classmates each had one. My class teacher got pissed off every time they went off during class session. He got up, walked towards the owner, grabbed his pager and kept it until school ended. That was hilarious.

Use a nickel sized washer (or a nickel) and tape it in... I load in/out many boats at boat shows and I move many trailers around so I have a magnetic lockout but in a pinch a coin/washer will work.

Firstly, the adapter is included with all Teslas (no need to buy one, unless you lose it). Secondly, it's best to attached the adapter to the cable and then plug in your car (you put the adapter into the car then plugged the cable), the reason you should do it the way i suggest is that it to lowers electrical arcing risk especially if its raining out!!
@alekseykhoroshilov7 ай бұрын
I used to do it as you suggested, however, if you read the Tesla manual on how to use an adapter it suggests to plug in the adapter first and then plug the cable into it.

I loved the invention, but was displeased with the corporation behind it and their practices. (I was only 13 when Digital Convergence was selling my data). I still use my CueCat though that I had since 2000, albeit with the encryption disabled via 5v down the secret via. ;) I use it for my electronics refurbishing business as it's my inventory scanner on a PS/2 to USB adapter either on my laptop or my smart phone.

HI Dave, I just picked up a 1982 911 sc. I have surface rust spot near the headlight ring and removed the complete light which are H4 Bosh updated. To better get to the edge with sanding and touchup, is the bottom bolt the only one needing to be removed to pull the bucket?

The bucket is welded to the fender wing, so they don’t just come out. But I’ve ordered them to weld back in however. Hope your rust isn’t a hole!

How do you properly fill the cooling system afrerwards?
@DaveMathews Жыл бұрын
Fill it with the proper SeaDoo or aftermarket glycol, then run the engine which will suck the air out, turn on the hose to cool the exhaust. Turn the engine off and refill the small overflow coolant tank, then run again to get the water pump flowing to again remove air from the lines. Keep turning off and filling until it stays at the proper level for the tank. This only needed on run step for me.
