Ben, I am so glad you get to check out St. Regis Singapore! I agree with you that it is definitely more enjoyable to have breakfast in-room. In-room breakfasts are so much more relaxed. Also, we get to eat as much or as little as we want.

Fantastic review! One thing I picked up from this book was how mental health struggles can impact one's self esteem and self-worth. That causes many to spiral into a depressive episode and it is hard to think rationally. Hopefully with more awareness on mental health struggles, people can learn to be more gentle with themselves when going through difficulties.
