I thought endive is solely for salads. It would be nice if one could use the bitter parts for another dish.

Awesome video, thanks!! We just got back from our first trip to NYC and while there, made a stop at Yonah Shimmel's for knish. First time we've ever had it...and now I'm looking for recipes because it was amazing. Thanks for the vid!

We make a stuffed bread with potato, we don't bake, but put filling inside dough ball, roll it out thinly then cook on hot griddle with little oil or ghee on both sides. Call it aloo Paratha

You know what's so funny is this third world countries are constantly criticizing the Western world and western culture but then they're always begging for even the most basic technology to eat even the most basic food. Where would they be without our fertilizers without our science without our antibiotics. It's time they stop bashing Western countries and start thinking us before we send them any of this crap like solar ovens

Now I know where my bf got this nickname for breasts(stupidly I figured it was made up)..I honestly didn't think there actually was a Cahsaba Melon. (Since for most of my life I had never seen or heard of this particular variety,& also thought I already knew pretty much everything in the Melon family.
