Looks exactly like a house I have. Plan is to expand master BR and make the half bath a full bath - 3/2. Only concern is wiring and plumbing that I need to look into as it is a house from the 70s. Not flipping it, I plan to keep it for me and my siblings to visit where we grew up.

This is low key one of the biggest issues with the modern housing market people with all the money buy houses for an already outrageous price and then renovate them for as cheap as possible then sell them for as much as possible. I bust my ass every day and work 50+ hours a week and cannot afford a home no matter how hard i push myself please stop contributing to the problem i dont want much in life just a house, a family and maybe a decent car, but it seems with all the greedy people in the world that's beginning to be to much to ask apparently

given the rather odd layout of the house, I can see you made the decisions that would have made sense in that moment. I personally would have extended the kitchen into the front living room and turned it into a dining area with a peninsula or island. I would have blown the wall open separating the kitchen and the church living room. It would create very long sight lines as soon as you walk in the house and it would look huge. I also would have kept the door to the garage or maybe even built some sort of an hallway to connect the garage to the kitchen.

Sheriff probably came and threw them out mid-meal.

Ideas for your channel. We are here to do Gods work and live out his will for our life so ask him for ideas first. My suggestions, Maybe show how to do one big or smal project in the house. Example, adding the corner shower in one of your videos. Give the cost comparison of that shower verses a traditional tile shower and time difference in completion times. Explain what needs to be done to put a shower like that in, and where to get materials beyond big box stores. Second idea, give a house away when your comfortable enough financially Third, give more information on cost of the help especially when you have to call in say a roofer or septic and so on. Fourth, give people information on the financial and logistics side of things. How much did you need to get started, are you working with cash only, ways you save money, the best way to find houses and what to look for, do you do any of the work or sub it all out and so on. Also, try to answer questions in the comments when people ask or it seems like your only interest is you. Maybe tell people a little about yourself, not everyone reads the bio.
