Sin embargo, la persona moderna promedia es más probable respuestar precisamente qué significa el equinoccio de qué significa el solsticio.

I find it interesting that, as this video shows, a prehistoric person could observe the day of a solstice precisely, while observing which day was the equinox would take considerably more days of attention. Yet if you ask the average modern person to describe what the equinox means you will more likely get a precise answer than if you ask what the solstice means.
