A friend of mine got his house appraised at 180k and he put it on the market himself and got 700k the Spokane market is all kinds of crazy right now. A good time to sell and buy a really nice home down south .

You skipped a lot to look at for the price your asking for you may want to redo your video also add what's been replaced needs replaced in the areas you skipped I bought the money pit your clients don't want that for that price so show it all

This tour was shot all wrong. We saw more more of the agent than we did the home. Actually showing the rooms as you walk into them and just having the agent do a voiceover would be mor informative. The video did not peak my interest at all to come and see the home.

You do have a good point, but this is how marketing works. You test multiple different variables and see what works. I’m not interested in the house I’m interested in the agency they are working with that is running YT ads. Try bold colors with added Sub titles, bullet points. Ad not Showing
