In the days when we could be human, for all our flaws and faults and not working from a script, when you could be you in a job and fully appreciated for that, not a programmed robot spouting company policy!!....being just you is where some of us work at our best and enjoyed being there.. but most managers and companies have very little time for that nowadays and therefore workers have no interest in being there either. Carol is the Star here and handled this perfectly...
