I’ve heard it damages our liver, if that’s true, very sad because it does work. Maybe if someone only uses it once in awhile it’d be ok. But if someone needs help everyday is there something more safe?

in VERY rare cases it will damage liver h unless you’re either stupid or doing Kava extracts, which i haven’t tried nor would recommend

At present, there isn't published research that we can draw from to offer a definitive answer about this. Considering this, it would be best to take a cautious approach and avoid until there’s more research available.
