I am in this phase right now, cause i had to stop with everything, and it did not feel like failure. It feels like freedom 😊

Love this. Feeling I had to mask my feelings to appear a certain way to look strong was the most damaging thing I did. it was damaging to my children who saw me grumpy trying to make my ex happy but he never was.

Nice little meditation, as usual I didn't want it to end. It was interesting watching things dissipate. The pain going with it. Thank you. It's a shame it was late, I'd have just stayed there. But phones need switching off while you sleep. So had to move to make that happen. Incidentally, I'd been laying awake for hours. Soon after that, I was asleep. Thank you again.

This video beautifully captures the essence of meditation journey! The contrast between peace and reactivity is a common experience on the path to inner calm. Remembering that it's just a habit and not a setback is truly empowering. Can't wait to watch and learn more!

Fantastic Meera et al, I've only got halfway thru and wow! Incredible messages and I know this works as I've been lucky enough to experience it. Thank you my pain levels are far reduced. I've managed to access events that have been closed in to my system. I am now processing things that have been harming my physical health. I still have a way to go but I hope as I do the exhaustion will start to resolve as well. However I can say I have been able to sustain more than I have for a long time.

Hi Meera, this is Henk from Holland. As you know i am a ascender for a long time. Its wonderfull to see you talking about your experience with pain and that you make the choice from where you experienced that the pain solved. Its good that you discover how you can do that. I also have pain problems. You can do it with practicing ascension. But as allways it is easier said than done. It is stil a challenge for me. There are differences when i use the practice between having pain or not. it's not quite it yet.

Hi Henk, Yes I hope to shine a light on what IS possible. My own journey has been up and down and I've got lost in the pain many times. Keep going as I did, and still am, and be curious as to what IS possible now. The experience can change in the flash of an eye. It becomes easier and easier as you explore with innocence and curiosity, always wondering what else is available for you to experience in THIS moment. I have written a book 'Peace or Pain' which is available on Amazon to help you on your own journey. Meera
