We weren’t able too, we checked with a cast member at Animal Kingdom and they said it’s not possible for the UK tickets their systems don’t allow them to do it

@ seems to be what they are saying now. They used to do it but annual passes aren’t really worth it unless you go at least 3 times in a 12 month period anymore.

yeah the Disney annual pass isn’t worth it unless you can go at least 3 times a year, if we were able to upgrade ours it would have made sense, but I wouldn’t just outright buy them. I think the universal one is good value for money, if you you’re doing a 3 week trip or you know you will be visiting

Omg the traffic in Kissimmee is not for the faint of heart! As much as I loved our Villa, I really don't think we'd stay in one again..only did the fireworks once on our two week trip because it was such a pain getting to and from the parks through the morning & evening traffic 😂😅

Absolutely agree, I know it’s generally busier in Orlando now, but I can’t get over the difference in traffic in the last 8 years! We are the same as you, we didn’t really do the nighttime shows, we constantly just felt like we were in the car. So we always changed our plans last minute in the evening to try and reduce car time 🤣. I am sticking to my DVC hotels or International drive in future! Xx

@kimberlys_journey aww I agree, it really changed the tempo of the holiday for us, we always felt exhausted and we were only managing half park days because July is BOILING plus the crows were insane, and then the traffic too! We're off to the Polynesian so I'm really excited to just experience staying on property and being so close to everything! When are you guys going back next? 🩷

Your experience sounds very similar to ours, it just put a little dampener to the holiday. We thought having 3 weeks would give us so much time to fit bits in, I think if we were on site the entire 3 weeks it would be have been so different. Omg Poly is a dream, we loved it so much and already looking forward to staying back there lol! When is it you go back! We are there in May for 2 weeks! Xx

Love the vlogs! When you stay at the Venetian next time. There is the grand lux in both Venetian and palazzo. They are owned and operated by Cheesecake Factory! Just a little smaller menu but the food is just about the same! Save you the long walk next time!

The traffic in Orlando, and all of FL to be honest, has gotten absolutely insane! There's just too many people for what the roads can handle. I also would steer clear of the parks on the weekends, especially if it's anywhere near a school holiday. Mondays can be just as bad if the kids are off! If you guys ever decide to take a trip to the beach you can take 192 (we usually call it "one ninety two" btw 😉😁) straight there. I work at a restaurant just off 192 by the much smaller Melbourne Square Mall and would love to treat you guys to lunch if you're ever out this way! There's also another place on the way that does airboat tours called Camp Holly. Looking forward to the next one, hope you guys are enjoying Mexico!

Yeah the traffic has definitely gotten worse over the years, I guess we shouldn’t complain really, as we are people adding to the traffic 😂. And thanks for the tips on when to avoid the parks! Much appreciated Oh how kind of you, that would actually be wonderful. We always look to do something new/ different on each trip. We are back in May, and would love to head to the beach and catch up with you guys for lunch! Are you on Facebook or Instagram? Will definitely have to check out camp Holly, as we haven’t done any other air boat tours and we really want to do one at Dusk!

That road was my favorite back when I used to work at Epcot and lived in Clermont. It can still get backed up but cuts a a good bit off the terrible 192 traffic, so it's worth it!

Have just stumbled across your vlog, so now I need to watch your other ones. We are returning to Orlando this September having not been for 4 years, the many many times we've stayed before we have rented villas down by Reunion / Championsgate area, we agreed last time we would try to stay further up the I4 as we spent so long stuck in traffic. So this time we've booked a villa at Emerald resort hoping to save a bit of time, and now to hear you still have seen so much traffic maybe we won't gain anything. Hey ho we will have a great time regardless

Thank you for watching! And honestly don’t stress too much about villa location, I would just personally recommend getting up a little earlier and getting out early to beat the traffic! Not sure if you know there is also an entrance to Disney it’s a road near animal kingdom lodge, it doesn’t have the usual welcome to Disney world sign. But it’s a good way to beat some of the traffic! Xx

Just thought I’d let you know, you can download Google maps to be used offline- so you would go to “offline maps” - “select your own maps” and you choose the area of Orlando you want downloaded and you can use your phone offline! Super handy. Xxx

Wow, you were really lucky with the number of big Alligators you saw. We went in September following your recommendation, but it was a lot warmer when we went. The guide was fantastic and we saw quite a few baby ones which were only a week old.

I love to see some off the beaten path adventures! It's so funny when kids (and adults, ha!) go quiet on a car ride and you look back to see them just zonked out! Have ya'll ever thought about doing an Orlando meet-up? Maybe at Killwin's or Blaze or something? It would be fun to grab ice creams or pizzas and talk about travel! 😊

It’s nice to go out and explore some of the natural side of things! Bless her she was so funny, she done it towards the end of the holiday too, told us we needed to stay up late and have a party and she was the first one kipping in the car haha. Do you know what, I haven’t actually thought of that before, but it would be so much fun. I love chatting to you guys when we bump into to you all, so would be great to do a meet up! Something to consider for sure!

He doesn’t use much in his hair! The only product he uses is the OSMO matte clay extreme and it works well for him!

@ he uses a hair dryer when it’s wet and then uses his hand to brush the product through and style it to the side! He’s feeling very flattered that someone is jealous of his hair!

New(ish) viewer here! Just going through your latest Orlando vlogs (getting excited to book our next trip) and I feel like we have so much in common, as a fellow 30 year old who hates cucumber and gets excited every time I see the tiny lizards. My natural reaction is to say ‘it’s a lil’ lizard!’ 😅

So the final one of our Iceland vlogs ended a bit abruptly because of that and we didn’t round the vlog of as I was crying the entire time at the airport lol, i can’t remember exactly which vlog we talk about it in as it was after the trip. Long story short, Avis accused of damaging the rental car (the dent was already on the car) but we arrived during a literal snow blizzard and didn’t take any photos as the weather was too bad. When we returned the car, they added a £3000 charge to my credit card for the damage, the dent was an inch long, even if we had caused the damage I have no idea where they got their costing from! Then to make matters worse, when we got home about a month later they attempted to take a further £1000 from my credit card. My bank reversed the second charge but we didn’t get anywhere with the first charge. I spoke to quite a few people who all had similar things happen to them with Avis. I would never ever use them again even if they offered me a car for free

Now you have had time to reflect. Do you think MNSSP is worth the cost. Like most people from the uk, we get a 14 day ticket and I can never justify the extra cost for the special event. It looks like over the years they let more people into each event and therefore it looks busy. I thought the event originally was based on low numbers so you could meet and great, ride loads of rides with short queues ect but don’t think that is the case anymore. In 2023 we did a universal trip and did one night at Micky’s Xmas party night. It was ok but again, just not worth the money. It was also rained out in the end but that worked in our favour as Disney gave us a free 1day park hopper ticket so we went to Epcot and Hollywood studios.

I did have a really good night, but to be honest no I don’t think it’s worth the cost! And it’s not something we would do every year! Glad we done it, as my niece was at the perfect age and we wanted her to experience it at least ones if I was going and not doing the Disney parks, I would say it’s worth it to pay for the night and to get that little Disney fix. As it is a really fun night, but it’s still busy in there, with not the lowest wait times. So we didn’t focus on doing many rides, as we could do them during the day! But for a family especially if you have kids, you would be spending over £500 for 1 night and if you have the 14 day passes too! I think it’s a bit excessive! Especially as they don’t seem to keep the crowds low anymore!

@ totally agree, have seen and heard from vlogs that for adults, Jollywood nights at Hollywood studios is really good. Maybe one to keep in mind if you ever go in November/December.

Hey sorry for the delayed reply & thank you so much for watching! We usually book our car hire through Alamo, as spouses drive for free and you don’t need to add an extra driver and we like that you can skip the counter at the airport! We normally book direct through Alamo and I look online for a discount code, or we book through Discount Florida Car Hire, however I would recommend emailing them, as the offline price is cheaper than their website! Xx

There's nothing better than a relaxing day at Typhoon Lagoon! I don't know if they still do but they used to offer a waterparks after 2pm annual pass and we'd pair that with our regular annual pass and go after the parks to relax and cool off. Sometimes we'd only get in the lazy river and wavepool the whole time too. How do you guys like Blizzard Beach? I've only watched a few of your vlog series but haven't seen any footage from there. I prefer TL way more than BB. Looking forward to the next one, happy new year!

Agree, we love a day at typhoon lagoon! It’s my favourite! Neither of us have been to blizzard beach in years! We used to go in October, and it was also on the years when it was blizzard beach’s turn to be closed for winter! And recently when we have been, it’s always closed, as it only opens from November at the moment! I would love to go back there though!

This is very true all these vloggers now seem to sing their words and overuse the word literally.. Some vloggers just don't have strong personalities so they end up all sounding the same. I don't think you meant to offend her I'm sure she's a lovely person but the singing of words definitely annoying to listen to.

Oh my goodness, I had no idea Dutch Bros finally made it to FL!! I live on the east coast so it would still be a drive for one but I'm excited to get it more often than my biannual trip to Vegas. My favorite is the coconut mocha. I love mini golf at Disney, used to one of my favorite things to do.

I think there might be two locations in the Orlando area (I could be wrong, but think there is a 2nd location closer to Orlando city. @@kimberlys_journey oh yeah, there are tons of Dutch Bros in Vegas, they're all over the city, maybe not like Starbucks and not on the strip but out in the city they're scattered around! That was the first place I ever had it. I just remembered the coconut mocha is called the Cocomo ☺ I like to get coconut creamervfor my cold brew at home, I think they even have a sugar free one at publix (pubix 😅) next time you guys are around! Smells like sun screen but it tastes divine!
