Perhaps a little upward adjustment on the gopro will make for better viewing,......At least at the start of the video. From the middle, everything was spot on.

I hope you will take some criticism from a rider of more than 40 years. I assume the blue light is your highbeam? I see this in about 90+% of new riders. They will ride with their HB on at night and absolutely piss off and blind everyone, but will ride with their low-beam in the daytime. That's absolutely backward! People in cars have a MUCH harder time seeing a rider in the daytime. Therefore, you ride with your HB on in the daytime and lowbeam at night. Of course, you can use the highbeam at night when it is APPROPRIATE. Just as you would in a car. If you claim you cannot see where you are going at night with your lowbeam, it just means you are riding too fast and out-riding your headlamp. Try adjusting your lowbeam up a little, it does wonders. Also, your lane positioning is going to get you hurt. You spend a lot of time in the right part of the lane, which is the worst positioning as you are in people's blind-spots. Ride in the left part of the lane. This makes you much more visible, especially to people in the lane directly to your left. This used to be taught by the MSF, which i have taken. I was also licensed in Germany, and they are far more strict and thorough before they issue a motorcycle license. They teach these practices as well. So, don't take offense, as i am only trying to make you a better rider. And that, my friend will keep you alive.
@BeginnerBikeLife14 күн бұрын
I’m not reading all of that, however I’ll say most of us ride with high beams because it’s increased visibility when on our tiny machines.

Filming does not keep you safe at all whatsoever! Putting your phone away and paying attention and avoiding situations is what keeps you safe! You cannot do any of that while concentrating on your phone. Also you can't defend yourself with a phone in your hand!

I hit a patch of mud in the middle of a corner in the countryside on my Grom. I was going about 75 km/h or about 45-50 mp/h. I felt the bike sliding over the mud and could barely keep it upright, and as soon as I regained grip I had a little tank slapper. I was lucky I didn’t lose control!

@c1fi364Ай бұрын
@@BeginnerBikeLife gotta make sure to keep grip with your legs, if you are ever at risk of whisky throttling you need to have more practice before you ride a 1000 on the road, whisky throttling should never even come close to happening to someone riding on the road especially in such a predictable and common scenario.
