In that case you have to rename those files by any means available to you. For example, you can put that HDD into another PC and then rename those files. Or you can boot your PC from a USB flash drive which contains a portable Windows like Hiren's boot CD or use a bootable USB drive with Windows 7/10/11. Network drive act as a direct link to your cloud. It doesn't store anything on your computer at all, so there's no need to download anything. Basically that shortcut simply opens a drive somewhere on the server and you get access to it in a way easier way, than using a browser.

It's quite the opposite actually! A higher wavelength means a lower frequency and less energy, not more. The energy of UV light increases as the wavelength decreases. Thus, 280 nm is actually a lower wavelength (within the UV-B range, 280-320 nm), and it is more damaging because shorter wavelengths carry more energy.

Higher wavelength like 280 nm" is incorrect terminology; 280 nm is a lower wavelength but is indeed more effective for disinfection.

Sure! It even works for Windows 10 and 11 and will work forever, because that backdoor exist there for a reason. As well as similar backdoors exist on macOS and Linux.

There's no point in buying a new motherboard, as it will cost more than half the price of that laptop. This is because the CPU and GPU chips on the motherboard are quite expensive. I'd recommend trying to fix your existing motherboard first. Most likely, there are some dead MOSFETs or shorted capacitors, which will only cost a few dollars to replace if you order them from AliExpress. Start by checking all the coils with your multimeter in continuity mode. Attach one probe to a ground point, such as any metal part of the USB port, and the other probe to any contact on the coil. If you detect a short, you’ll need to investigate that particular power rail further. Most likely, you’ll find a shorted capacitor that eventually caused a MOSFET to fail. Even if you need to buy the cheapest hot-air station for $25, it would still be a very inexpensive repair.

Yeah, I totally agree. They could have made it easier for a regular user to replace the batteries. Still, by modern standards, Braun is pretty good in terms of repairability and maintenance compared to some other brands, where you can't even disassemble the case without breaking it.

The problem could be with the charger, its DC cable, the DC jack, or even some components on your laptop's motherboard. However, in most cases, the issue lies with either the charger or the DC jack.

If you can't find the utilman file then maybe you're on the wrong disk! There are two Windows/System32 folders on different disks but only one has utilman file.

You can change the boot sequence in the BIOS settings of your laptop. Simply set it to start boot from your USB drive.

It has nothing to do with the laptop or desktop computer model. The difference between those two chips is 0.5 mm, which means if you place a 0.5 mm pad on the NAND chips, there will be a 1 mm gap between the top of that pad and the controller chip. This gap is resolved by placing a 1 mm pad on the controller.
