Sounds like David Coverdale from Whitesnake and Phenomena. This track does not exist as a single anywhere, only on the VHS. This series could be related to the Stand Strong A. (cannot remember how to spell it) from 1991, an extremely limited number that took me a lot of luck to find on cassette.
