Saying that some people's brains are "warped from childhood" is spot on. Studies have found that Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder causes permanent brain damage in the people who suffer with it (in case anyone reading this isn't familiar what the difference between CPTSD and PTSD is, they both involve trauma but a person gets CPTSD when they have endured prolonged abuse for years like growing up in an abusive family or being in a relationship where they experience domestic violence for example; both CPTSD and PTSD cause brain damge). This next part is copied from Google because it summarizes the changes in the brain more concisely than I can: Amygdala The part of the brain that processes fear and other emotions can become enlarged in people with C-PTSD. This can lead to increased feelings of anxiety and fear. Hippocampus The part of the brain that's responsible for learning and memory can shrink in people with C-PTSD. This can affect memory functions. Prefrontal cortex The part of the brain that's involved in executive functions, such as planning, decision-making, personality expression, and controlling social behavior can be damaged by C-PTSD. Stress hormones People with C-PTSD may overproduce stress hormones, which can wear down the immune system. Hormones necessary for recovery People with C-PTSD may have depleted hormones necessary to tolerate and recover from stressful situations. C-PTSD can also cause memory loss, which can lead to disorientation, identity disruption, and increased worry.

I have been screaming this from the rooftops for years, we are fighting each other over political issues that won’t change anything while our government on both sides are stripping our rights, polluting our foods with chemicals only used in 3rd world countries, and targeting minority populations especially the African American, Indigenous and Latin Americans. We need to band together and fight the real fight instead of fighting each other like they want us too! Remember the best Magicians have you paying attention to the right hand while the left is deceiving you.
