I'm in love with this series. The barbarian is great for vikings. Using the ranger torso for forest rangers with human-y legs and head. I've gotten about 30 figures so far. Def cannot find as many Pallies as you have though.

Pro tip, if you want to use a torso with a yellow neckline showing, but want to use skin-toned heads, save those torsos to use with a beard piece.

This is so cool! I’ve been doing this for the past few months and I have a wall mounted display with spots for each character and custom printed tiles with their names and release year. Also would like to mention that the dimensions versions of Gandalf, Legolas and Gimli are technically exclusive so you could get those too :)
