I have difficulty with my fluency. What should I do about that?

Unfortunately, enrolling in any course with this site is not worthwhile. It is merely an ineffective way of making money and wasting time. I joined a course through a special offer that promised a refund or free enrollment in another course if my level did not improve. To my surprise, I remained at the same level both before and after the course, and they did not fulfill their offer to provide additional support with a free course to help improve my current level. Despite dedicating a lot of time and effort to the course and completing all the required activities, they failed to honor their promise. Instead, they asked for a new payment for another course. I find them to be dishonest, and I do not recommend registering with them. This is my personal experience with them, shared with complete honesty and sincerity.

I got 400, 380, and 400 in listening, reading and speaking respectively. Only to be dumfounded by my writing mark which was 290... This exam is not fair, IMO. Something isn't right with the marking system they're working with.
