@@veronicahsoteri4035 yes it's possible it's more influenced by the number of occupancy, in most cases we have the master bedroom ensuite and the two extra bedrooms sharing 1 bath which is also used as visitors bathroom. If you wish to have only 1 bath I will advice you separate the toilet and bath because of traffic. Most of the design considerations are determined by client budget, space available and client preference.

Hi kiongozi. Mostly you need to to have this checklist 1 ensure you lay a polythene sheet or dpm before you do steel fixing. 2. During concrete mixing for slab casting ensure you use water proofing admiture and the right of concrete mix not less than M20 3.During concrete pour ensure efficient vibration of concrete using vibrator 4. Ensure the slab floor gradient not less than 3 degree and water drain time not more than 10min after water is poured that a test you do to check on slope of your. . Use floor finish like terrazzo and use a specialist for that Having checked all this you will have. A good leak free flat roof Cheers

I don't see how hidden roof can be cheaper than skillion. Why? 1) parapet, 2) coping 3) reinforced guttering 4) waterproofing. My take, skillion is the cheapest.
