I'm going thru something similar to your situation. Trying to focus on building healthy habits such as working out in the mornings or dedicating some time to your mental wellbeing. They make a difference and can over time lead to change. Putting yourself on a schedule sounds bad in a way but you'll notice how productive you can be. Also gotta appreciate your determination while learning to skate. Thanks for sharing this vlog its well put together, ik your gonna blow!
