Recently I applied students visa but I don't have no return to India stamp on my ic so they rejected me, for that what do I need to do? Actually from 2017 no return to India stamp is stopped to ic

I recommend contacting Bureau office Delhi and get the documents that state no NORI or google the Indian Govt website which clearly states no NORI is needed. There is no way your visa is rejected because I know some students who applied for student visa and they don't have NORI on their IC. So try once again@@tendolma11

You cannot use IC on a flight to Nepal, I know most people will cross Nepal via land border using Indian ID documents.
