Man I hate that people that talk about this fight just makes it seem like kizaru just kicked luffy ass or something when you can clearly see that even though luffy is in gear 5 he’s still not overly serious about the fight

Where did you hear people talking about Kizaru kicking Luffy's ass? Literally the fandom thinks Luffy wasn't really serious, especially since it wasn't his objective to fight Kizaru. Also, in all fairness, Kizaru was mentally nerfed too.

How laughable, despite his contempt for slaves as "lower people" he was a slave all along. Imu ended his life with a literal thought and there is nowhere in the world where she would not have had a stranglehold over his soul. If that is not slavery I do not know what is.
